This can be broken into 3 types:

1. A PROFESSIONAL is a person with many years experience, who will count accurately and use their expertise to ensure that the Client receives full value for their money. A very rare breed.
2. A STOCK COUNTER who can probably count reasonably accurately but will do it blindly, with little knowledge and no regard for the value

of the commodities involved.
3. A MAN WITH A PENCIL who is usually supplied by a Job Centre and is used as cheap labour to make up the numbers especially where jobs require large numbers of Staff. The only qualification is pencil ownership. BEWARE!
